Week 13 Preview

Previews

It’s lucky Week 13. The Saints already lost so it’s going well so far. Running the table needs to start now for certain teams (Packers, Lions) and the Vikings are trying to catch the flukey Bears for king of the North. Let’s take a look at the matchups.

Bears at Giants 1 PM FOX

Chicago is leading the North and it is their division to choke away. Mitch Trubisky (pussy) might not play for the second straight game which gives the Giants a chance at home. Odell Beckham and Saquan Barkley can do some things but the Bears defense has been good. This boils down to turnovers and the Bears lead the league forcing 29 in 11 games. Good ole Eli is probably good for 2 picks to help the Bears. If Daniels makes a few plays and the Bears get some short fields, they will win this game.

Cardinals at Packers 1 PM FOX

Aaron Rodgers is #MAD. The Packers are 4-6-1 and need to run the table. They are good at home and the Cardinals are a mess this year. Josh Rosen is a rookie but his weapons of Larry Fitzgerald, Chad Williams and rookie Christian Kirk leave a lot to be desired. David Johnson is a good player but is having a down year coming off a major injury in 2017. Green Bay should win by double digits. The Cardinals have an average at best defense and Rodgers will torch them.

Rams at Lions 1 PM FOX

The Lions need to run the table and first team in the way is the lowly 10-1 Rams. Aqib Talib returns to bolster the Rams defense and the Rams offense scores like 80 points per game. Detroit will be missing Marvin Jones and Kerryon Johnson again and don’t have much of a chance unless they get a miracle defensive performance with 2 to 3 turnovers forced. The Lions could stop Gurley enough but Goff will torch them with Cooks and Woods. Rams probably win this game to end the Lions season.

No score prediction.

Vikings at Patriots 4:25 PM FOX

The Vikings defense has improved but Xavier Rhodes is hurt. The Patriots are super tough at home and Belichick can game plan Cousins and the Vikings offense. Unless the Vikings run the ball well, the Patriots should pull away late. The Vikings have the defense to limit Brady and win this game though. Should be a close game.
