Free agency rolls on in day 2.
Signings
Mitchell Schwartz received a five year 33 million dollar deal to play right tackle from the Chiefs. The Browns have now lost Mack and Schwartz in free agency. Schwartz had 20.7 million guaranteed including a 7 million signing bonus. The Chiefs add a top 5 RT with this deal.
The Eagles signed Brandon Brooks to a 5 year 40 million dollar deal. Brooks got 21 millino guaranteed and an 11 million signing bonus. The Eagles needed guard help and they got a good pass protector. Brooks struggles in the run game though.
Richie Incognito got a 3 year 15 million dollar deal with the Bills. Incognito is 32 but 5 million per was earned by him after a strong 2015 season. The Bills took a chance on the bully and it paid off for both parties. Incognito gets 5.45 million guaranteed in the deal.
Ben Jones left the Texans like Brooks. Jones is now a Titans. Jones got a 4 year and 17.5 million dollar contract despite a down year at center for the Texans. The Texans lost a starting guard and center this free agency.
Bruce Irvin’s details are 4 years 37 milion with 19 million guaranteed. Osemele got 5 years nad 58.5 million. This is tackle money. Sean Smith got 4 years and 40 million with 20 million guaranteed. The Raiders spent big money.
The Seahawks signed Jeremy Lane to play nickel back. Lane got a 4 year 23 million dollar deal with 11 million guaranteed. The Seahawks finally keep a CB not named Richard Sherman.
Brandon Mebane has been a run stuffer to the Seahawks for years. The Seahawks kept Ayhta Rubin but lost on Mebane. Mebane moves to the Chargers on a 3 year 13.5 million dollar deal. Mebane is 31 but still is a good run stuffer and now moves to a 3-4 type defense.
Mohammed Sanu has signed a five year deal to play WR with the Falcons. Sanu gets 32 million over 5 years with 14 million guaranteed. The Bengals now have lost Sanu and Marvin Jones.

Vincent Rey re-signed with the Bengals. Rey got a 3 year 11.5 million dollar deal. He’s been a solid LB for the Bengals the last few seasons.
Antonio Gates re-signed with the Chargers on a two year 11 million dollar deal. Ladarius Green got a 4 year 20 million dollar deal with the Steelers to replace Heath Miller. Green only got 4.75 million guaranteed in the deal.
Coby Fleener got a 5 year 36 million dollar deal with the Saints. 18 million of the contract was guaranteed. Fleener only had a 2.4 million dollar year 1 cap hit for the cap strapped Saints.
Visits
Andre Smith is visiting the Vikings. Phil Loadholdt took a pay cut to stay but is coming off an achille injury. Smith could be the new starter if he signs with the Vikings. Smith had a down year in 2015 but strong years in 2012-2014.
Robert Ayers is visiting the Jaguars after a nice season with the Giants in 2015.
The Jets re-signed Bilal Powell and added Kyri Robinson to be the third back. Forte had a 3 year and 12 million dollar deal. Four million per year is a good deal for Forte even at 30 years old.
Tahir Whitehead visits the Buccaneers. The Lions could lose their coverage LB.
CJ Anderson is visiting the Dolphins with interest from the Bears and Patriots.
